It was literally a game of 2 halves containing the good , the bad and the ugly - but not in that order. It started badly - the Reds down by 3-0 at half time, a mixture of under-hit passes and mis-communications (late arrivals!) all led to an ugly 1st half - but then the good, Neil as captain reminded the players that it was about FUN and to relax and play the 2nd half as a new game - and we did, the half started well, when Conall Dullaghan was set up by Macker and beat the keeper only for the the ball to rebound off the post for who else buy Guy Banton to tap it in, and with one goal back the team settled to the task and a great comeback started. The game turned on the short corners - a new set-up at the top of the circle paid dividends, allowing new combinations (and well rehearsed moves) to give Macker and Guy to score and get it back to equality. (Mattie's card had little effect - in fact he set up one of the short corner goals). Overall an eventful day with a reasonable result. On to next week - who knows what will happen,
