Corinthian L1s had yet another dominant and controlled performance , but just lacking the final touches in front of goal.
In similar fashion to last weekend against North Kildare, CHC struggled to break down the wall at the back for Rathgar.
It's uncharted territory for the Ladies and they are learning how to deal with being the team in full control. It's a good complaint.
On the flip side, when the goal did go in from a short corner strike from Jessica McGrane the fixture was never in doubt. Rathgar didn't pose any real goal chances throughout the game and seemed happy to sit back and look for a draw - a tactic that served North Kildare well last week.
At the end of the day the 3 points is all that matters and CHC got them.
Now sitting third in the table, 3 points behind Muckross and 2 points behind Old Alex.
In the coming weeks CHC have both those fixtures still yet to play it sets up potentially a very exciting finish to the season.
