Ladies 1’s continue winning ways with another clean sheet.

Q1 saw a slow start to the game with chances at either end. The best of these was a penalty corner won by Lynne Pomeroy & converted by Leigh Pelow. 
A number of further penalty corners in Q2 at either end were blocked or saved leaving CHC 1-0 up at half time. 
Despite some impressive individual play by Emily McKay, Sara Quill & Leigh Pelow, CHC put themselves under unnecessary pressure in Q3. 6 mins from the end of the quarter saw a move started by Jodie Douglas continued with some determined play by Lynne Pomeroy & finished by Lauren McGrane to leave CHC 2-0 up. 
Two further goals were added in the final quarter. Lauren McGrane got her second in the 55th min and Isabelle Maleady was on hand to tap in for the 4th after some good interplay involving Jessica McGrane, Cilia Holderman & Lynne Pomeroy.
Overall, a great achievement with 3 wins from 3 between Div 1 & EYHL2. 
Next Saturday sees another crucial Div 1 match at home against Trinity.
