The ladies 3s were held to a 1-1 draw by a resilient Skerries side. After a sluggish start, Skerries took the lead midway through the first half, but the reds rallied and enjoyed the majority of possession and chances for most of the game.
Nadia Skelton was unlucky to see a fine finish disallowed, and Carol Mcswinney's reverse flick forced an impressive save. After periods of sustained pressure Fiona Masterson's deflection brought the sides equal, but Skerries defended bravely and managed to see out the game 1-1. A good performance by the girls, but disappointing to not pick up all 3 points.
