CHC vs Atlantic Academy

A strong Atlantic Academy came to Whitechurch Park earlier this afternoon and gave us a bit of a lesson!
We were outplayed in all areas and were deservedly down at half-time. Although 5-0 was a little harsh.
After getting a bit of an Alex Ferguson "hair dryer" half-time team talk the 2nd half was a completely different affair.
Everyone played really well and showed what they are really capable of . The 2nd half was 0 - 0 and we were unlucky not score, unfortunately hitting the post.
Many thanks to all the U14's who made the step up (including Simon off the sick bed). They were certainly not over awed!
We will wipe the 1st half from our memory banks and concentrate all the positives from the 2nd.
