2nd XI lose v Clontarf

The 2nds lost against Clontarf today. Neil Young gave the reds the lead following a rebound off the post from a Ross McWilliam shot. A quick double from Clontarf gave them the lead midway through the first half. A third goal followed just before half time.

Corinthian's looked stronger in the second half and took the game to Clontarf. However a quick free led to a fourth for Clontarf against the run of play. Ciarán O'Shea lifted the ball over the onrushing keeper with 7 minutes to go, although it was too little too late.

Sam Kenelley and Sam Carson had good performances on their 2nds debuts and ross McWilliam had a solid game in midfield.
