Corinthian’s maintain their 100% record in the league with a 3-0 win over Weston. Ian Stewart opened the scoring from a well finished short corner. Ian soon got his second, doubling Corinthians lead, with a tidy finish into the bottom corner.
The reds enjoyed large spells of possession in the second half, but Weston had the early chances with a couple of short corners that were well defended. Andrew Sutton made sure of the 3 points by getting on the score sheet with 10 minutes to go, making it 3-0.
Corinthian’s are in action again tomorrow against Monkstown in the Irish Senior Cup. Tip off is at 4pm away in Rathdown.
